My recent stay at the resort was quite disappointing. While the staff tried to be friendly and helpful, the overall management and facilities left much to be desired. Issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and poorly maintained pool facilities overshadowed the positives. It’s hard to recommend this place based on my experience.

My stay at Cinnamon Villa felt like a much-needed escape from the daily grind. The serene atmosphere, paired with incredible food and attentive service, made my business trip surprisingly pleasant. Special mentions go to Ms. Laxmi at the reception for her warmth and Mr. Joseph for his endless supply of rejuvenating green teas. However, the toiletries could use some enhancement to match the standout service and ambience.
